Our Mission

At Friends of Lead The Way, we believe that every person deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling, independent life rich with happiness and purpose.

Our mission is to enhance the lives of developmentally disabled adults through comprehensive support services that respect individual needs and celebrate diverse abilities. By securing funding, in-kind donations, and volunteer support, we aim to expand opportunities for our clients to achieve their personal goals and experience life fully.

Friends of Lead the Way understands that unexpected needs can arise and place stress on individuals and families.

Our Immediate Needs Program is designed to help with urgent essential items and support services when possible, based on available funding and resources.

If you or someone you support is experiencing an immediate need, please complete the request form below. Each request is reviewed individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee assistance, but we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.

This program is currently designed specifically for individuals in the Lead the Way Organization.
